资源简介：
The SIFTER Solar-Induced Fluorescence (SIF) version 3 database is
available as monthly averages with 0.5x0.5 degrees spatial resolution.
The SIFTER v3 algorithm has been used to retrieve mid-morning (09:30 hrs
local time) SIF estimates on the global scale from GOME-2 sensor on the
Metop-B satellite (GOME-2B) for the Nov. 2012-2023 period. The monthly
data is filtered for cloud fractions < 0.3, autocorrelation values
< 0.2 and qa_values > 0.6.
