(Table 3) Distribution of acetylene reduction activity and of particulate organic matter in the water column at several stations during the Climax VII cruise

Samples from Stations CLIMAX_VII/1973-08-31 and CLIMAX_VII/1973-09-07 were incubated on deck under attenuators simulating light intensity in situ. Samples from other stations were incubated in laboratory at light intensity of 19 x 10**15 quanta/cm**2/sec between 400 and 700 nm.
