Sunflower Crop-wild Hybrid QTL Map

The attached file describes single nucleotide polymorphisms for mapping sunflower QTL. Best linear unbiased predictors (BLUPs) were generated for morphological, reproductive, and physiological traits measured in sunflower crop-wild hybrid recombinant inbred lines. Sunflowers were treated to water stress over the course of the growing season to assess the likelihood of cultivar alleles introgressing into a wild-like habitat.
