Additional file 3: Table S3. The antibody response against the vaccine antigen (GMZ2) or any of the main components (MSP3, GLURP), estimated before vaccination, was tested for correlation with any of the antibody responses, as estimated by the protein microarray before CHMI. The log-transformed ELISA data and the protein microarray data were tested usind Student's t-test for correlation. Antigens with correlations resulting in p-values < 0.05 are shown.
