Brownfield Register

By downloading this data you agree to be bound by the terms of the INSPIRE End User License. This is a dataset showing Brownfield Sites, symbolised by whether the site is permissioned or not permissioned. The Brownfield Register is published annually to comply with statutory requirement in Town and Country Planning Regulations. Suitable sites are identified in the Forward & Area Planning Sites database, data is then merged with the relevant sites GIS layer.
