Transcriptome analysis of the kuruma shrimp lymphoid organ cells

In this project, we attempted to optimize the condition for the primary cell culture of the lymphoid organ of kuruma shrimp. In this transcriptomic analysis, our purpose is to reveal gene expression changes in the primary cells of kuruma shirmp lymphoid organ cells during the culture.
