Genome-wide maps of transcription factor binding and histone modifications in splenic resting B cells isolated from mice

Runx1 in resting B cells co-localises with the nucleosome remodeler subunit SRCAP and with the polycomb factor RING1B at promoter and enhancers of active and poised genes. Resting B cells were isolated from spleen of wild-type mice by using an EasySep Negative Selection- Mouse B Cell Isolation Kit (STEMCELL Technologies). The cells from replicates designated PS1,2,3,5,10,11,12 were formaldehyde-fixed and ChIP was carried out.
