World Database on Protected Areas (WDPA)是全球最全面的陆地和海洋保护区数据库。该数据库是联合国环境规划署(UNEP)与世界自然保护联盟(IUCN)的联合项目，由联合国环境规划署世界保护监测中心(UNEP-WCMC)管理，并与政府、非政府组织、学术界和产业界合作维护。WDPA每月更新一次，提供全球保护区的空间数据和信息，用于监测现有保护区的表现并确定优先保护区域。
World Database on Protected Areas (WDPA) is the most comprehensive global database of terrestrial and marine protected areas. This database is a joint project of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), managed by the UNEP World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC), and maintained in collaboration with governments, non-governmental organizations, academia and industry. WDPA is updated monthly, providing global spatial data and information on protected areas to monitor the performance of existing protected areas and identify priority conservation areas.
