To find out the molecular basis for Bt BG II resistance in pink bollworm, High throughput RNAseq sequencing of Pink Bollworm larval midgut has been performed. Sequencing analysis has revealed the differential expression of some Bt receptors in resistant population as compared to the susceptible strain of pink bollworm.
