To identify differences between keratinocytes (w/o Pp6) and dermal dendritic cells, epidermal or dermal cell suspensions from C57BL/6 mice or K5. Pp6fl/fl mice were subject to single-cell RNA-seq. Overall design: Single-cell RNA-seq of mouse epidermal or dermal samples dervied from 10 week-old C57BL/6 mice treated with imiquimod or not, 10 week-old K5. Pp6fl/fl mice without skin lesions, and 18 week-old K5. Pp6fl//fl mice with psoriasis-like skin lesions.
