支持自定义运输必经地/禁行地，基于实时计算引擎计算分析异常预警，规避运输风险。
根据输入的车牌号，车牌颜色，回溯行程的时间，禁行地/必经地围栏列表（圆形围栏中心点位置和半径），返回计算后的围栏，进出围栏类型和进出围栏时间。

Supports customization of mandatory transit points and prohibited travel zones for transportation operations. It conducts anomaly warning analysis through real-time computing engines to avert transportation risks.
Based on inputs including license plate number, license plate color, the time range for trip backtracking, and the list of geofences for prohibited or mandatory passage (with central coordinates and radius for circular geofences), the system returns the calculated geofences, geofence entry/exit type, and geofence entry/exit timestamps.
