U.S. NLRB annual budget FY 2010- FY 2025

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in the U.S. is the government agency responsible for enforcing U.S. labor law in relation to collective bargaining and unfair labor practices. Additionally, the agency supervised elections for labor union representation. The annual funding for the NLRB remained unchanged between 2014 and 2022, meaning the agency has seen a real terms funding decline since 2010. For fiscal year 2025, the agency requested 320 million U.S. dollars from Congress.
