Dataset: A Bayesian Inference Model of Corollary Discharge Dysfunction in Schizophrenia (Quantifying Efference Copy Precision from EEG Data)

This repository contains the datasets and custom Python scripts used to calculate Bayesian precision weights and ANCOVA-based ITPC proxies for EEG data. The code was applied to a publicly available dataset of schizophrenia patients and healthy controls, originally collected and published by Ford et al. (2014) "Did I Do That? Abnormal Predictive Processes in Schizophrenia When Button Pressing to Deliver a Tone" and hosted on Kaggle (https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/broach/button-tone-sz/data).
