This file contains XRF spectral data from soil and sediment samples, collected with a Xenemetrix Genius IF ED-XRF spectrometer under the following conditions: Ag anode, 25 kV/1500 µA, Ti secondary target, 300s acquisition in vacuum using an SDD LE detector. The data is intended for quantifying sulfate sulfur (S as SO₄²⁻).
