Original stacks and segmented data

A set of four 3D confocal images of Arabidopsis Thaliana floral meristem are segmented using 5 segmentation pipelines .These pipelines are 1)Plantseg 2)3DUnet+ Watershed 3)Cellpose 4)MaskRCNN+Watershed 5) MARS. The first four pipelines are deep learning based and the fifth one is 3D watershed (does not use deep learning).<br><br> Here you will find the four original floral meristem stacks and their ground truth segmentations along with the segmentation results from the 5 pipelines.
