资源简介:
Macrophages found in the tumor microenvironment (TME) are causally linked with disease development and progression. Different phenotypes of macrophages have been described, including the M1-like pro-inflammatory/anti-tumor phenotype or the M2-like anti-inflammatory/pro-tumor phenotype. Here we present the first single cell transcriptomic analysis on human prostate cancer (PCa)-resident macrophages. Overall design: Single cell RNA-sequencing was used to chart the transciptomic heterogeneity of CD14+CD11b+ macrophages isolated from the tumorous and non-tumorous side of the prostate of 4 PCa patients with Gleason Score (GS) between 6 and 7. Our analyses revealed the presence of 14 different clusters of cells.
