Samples are organized by river basin and population. Temp is the mean August stream temperature from NoRWeST (http://www.fs.fed.us/rm/boise/AWAE/projects/NorWeST.html) or lake surface temperature (°C). N is the number of individuals included in RADseq genotying, Nfilter is the number of individuals (from a total of 339) used in subsequent analyses, and pRBT is the proportion rainbow trout ancestry in each population sample estimated from the 9,380 diagnostic SNPs. ;The x-axis is the rainbow trout allele frequency.;For all populations except Cyclone Creek, the rainbow trout allele was at significantly lower frequencies than the genome-wide average, a pattern suggestive of selection against rainbow trout admixture. ;These are the annotations that either overlap or have start or end coordinates within 50 kbp of the start or end coordinate of one or more RAD loci containing outlier SNPs. Entries are ordered by base-pair distance between gene and RAD loci (BP). Italicized gene descriptions indicate one of two RBT gene annotations aligned to two different nt sequences with identical gene descriptions. Descriptions both italicized and underlined indicate one of 3 RBT gene annoations aligned to different nt sequences with identical gene descriptions. Gene descriptions in bold type indicate one of two RBT annotations aligned to the same nt sequence. Gene descriptions underlined and in bold type indicate one of 3 RBT annotations aligned to the same nt sequence. The column headed “% aligned” gives the percent of query bases (bases of the mRNA sequence derived from the RBT gene annotation) that aligned to the NCBI nt sequence.
