Transcriptome analysis of Rev-erbs skeletal muscle specific knockout muscles and WT muscles

We used Rev-erbs skeletal muscle specific knockout mouse model to illustrate the Rev-erbs function in skeletal muscle. In this study, transcriptome sequencing was used to detect the mRNA expression profiles of KO muscles and WT muscles. Overall design: Skeletal muscle was harvested at ZT0 and ZT12, we performed RNA-seq analysis with skeletal muscle tissue to investigate mRNA expression among skeletal muscle specific Rev-erbs KO and WT mice.
