ASPECT-10: A Diagnostic Benchmark for Zero-Shot Aggregate Particle Segmentation

ASPECT-10 is a test-only diagnostic benchmark for evaluating zero-shot aggregate particle segmentation under heterogeneous field conditions. The dataset comprises 30 standardized image patches organized into 10 diagnostic subsets covering canonical reference conditions, inter-particle contrast degradation, intra-particle structural interference, and illumination/radiometric anomalies. It includes structural boundary annotations and 4,866 expert-verified aggregate instance masks for representation-level and instance-level evaluation.
