Population RNA-seq from Th17 cells differentiated in vitro under pathogenic (Th17p) and non-pathogenic (Th17n) conditions with DHEA or EGCG

We investigated the effect of glycolytic inhibitors on Th17 differentiation Th17 cells were differentiated in vitro under pathogenic (Th17p; IL1b+IL6+IL23) and non-pathogenic (Th17n; TGFb+IL6) conditions with EGCG (20uM), DHEA (50uM) or their respective solvent control.
