Code and Data for “Evaluating AI Chatbots for Ostomy Patient Education”

This dataset includes the original analysis code and the full evaluation data used in the manuscript “Evaluating AI Chatbots for Ostomy Patient Education: Reliability and Readability Analysis.” The compressed file “Appendix_9_R_Analysis_Script & READ ME.zip” contains all R scripts used for the statistical analyses, including the procedures for Kruskal–Wallis, ANOVA, and the post-hoc Dunn/Tukey tests, together with the code used to generate the figures reported in the manuscript and a brief README describing how to reproduce the results. The file “Appendix_6_Evaluation_Scores.xlsx” provides the complete dataset, covering all reliability scores (DISCERN, EQIP, GQS, JAMA) as well as the full set of readability indices such as FRES, FKGL, ARI, and SMOG. All materials comply with the Cell Press code-availability policy and can be accessed freely and anonymously without requiring any login or personal information.
