Raw data to article entitled: Microstructure characterization of titania-based micro-arc oxidation coatings with nanoparticles

The file "raw_data.zip" contains data-set to article entitled "Microstructure Characterization of Titania-Based Micro-Arc Oxidation Coatings with Nanoparticles". The files present the results of investigations of titanium oxide coatings performed with scanning (SEM) and transmission electron microscopes (TEM) i.e. photographs of the samples surface topography and cross-sections/microstructures as well as chemical analysis of elements distribution. This data is presented in the form of .tiff files readable with popular computer programs like IrfanView.
