资源简介:
This study evaluates the liquefaction potential of soils at the Sunderland site in Portland, Oregon, using the direct push cross-hole (DPCH) method. By integrating field data and computational analysis, it reveals a low probability of liquefaction due to the cohesive properties of soft clay. The research's uniqueness lies in its use of the DPCH method, a relatively rare approach in Portland studies, offering new insights into the region's seismic risk. The findings can be reused in future studies on Portland sites and in applying the DPCH method to other locations. The primary audience includes scholarly researchers and academics interested in advanced soil liquefaction testing methods and Portland's geotechnical characteristics.
