To obtain the correlations, first we calculate for all words with in the half-year windows of the trimmed datasets. The Pearson correlation coefficient, for each pair of variables, is then calculated over all words. The values reported in the table correspond to the averages standard deviations calculated over all non-overlapping half-year windows.
