The dataset includes U-Pb ages, zircon Hf isotopes (εHf(t), TDM), and major/trace element concentrations (XRF/ICP-MS) for Late Mesozoic igneous rocks (180–80 Ma) from Zhejiang Province. Based on the compiled geochemical data, we recalculated the rock temperatures, reclassified the rock samples, and organized zircon Hf isotopic data according to different rock types.
