In order to reveal the molecular mechanism of cold resistance expression of peach buds under low temperature stress, and provide theoretical guidance for the study of cold resistance of peach buds. In this study, 'SJZX' peach with strong cold resistance and '21SJ'peach with weak cold resistance were treated at low temperature for 12h, 24h, 48h as samples, and transcriptome sequencing was performed by high throughput sequencing technology.
