Contours of single collagen molecules adsorbed on mica from aqueous solution

The compressed zip file contains the in-plane coordinates (xy) of single collagen molecules of type-I and type-III adsorbed on freshly cleaved mica surfaces from water solution. The letters "S" and "T" in the folder and file names indicate the experimental session and collagen type, respectively. Images were obtained using an Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) in water solution or in air after drying the surface. The data are provided in the hirerarchical HDF5 format with extension '*.mat' that can be read with Matlab or any HDF5-readers such as HDFView.
