Chat AI in Higher Education Learning: Acceptance and Experience
收藏资源简介:
Abstract— The use of Chat AI such as ChatGPT in higher education settings is increasing in line with technological developments and digital learning needs. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence students' acceptance and experience in using Chat AI. Four main constructs were tested: Trust & Perceived Ease of Use (TPE), Educational Feedback Support (EFS), Enjoyment & Engagement (EEC), and Accessibility & Facilitation (AFC) in relation to the variables Acceptance and Experience. Data were collected through a survey of 237 students and analyzed using SPSS with linear regression and decision tree techniques. The results indicate that TPE and EFS significantly influence Acceptance, while EEC and AFC are dominant in shaping Experience. Decision tree analysis confirms that TPE is the most determining factor. This study provides empirical contributions to the development of an AI-based learning technology adoption model and serves as a foundation for formulating student-centered Smart Campus strategies.
