The Cellular Turnover Theory – Scientific White Paper
收藏资源简介:
Abstract: Cellular turnover – the continuous cycle of cellular death, removal, and regeneration – is fundamental for tissue homeostasis, and its dysregulation underlies biological aging and chronic disease. The Cellular Turnover Theory, authored by Dr. Dimitrios Mavrogeorgis, introduces a unifying biological framework that identifies impaired cellular renewal as a shared upstream driver across neurodegenerative, metabolic, oncological, and inflammatory conditions. This white paper outlines the four essential components of the turnover cycle — apoptosis, autophagy, mitochondrial recovery, and immune clearance — and highlights the critical role of circadian rhythms in their coordination. Building on this theory, the Cellular Turnover Protocol™ and related innovations (CTP Complex™, CTP-Dx™) aim to translate these concepts into diagnostic and therapeutic platforms. The theory, published under DOI 17349917, is publicly disclosed here to establish scientific priority and to invite future academic, clinical, and industrial collaboration.
