Genetic mapping of an interspecific F1 hybrid of Australian Citrus species

Genotyping by sequencing using ApekI enzyme was performed on a progeny between Fortune mandarin and an a C. australis x C. inodora hybrid, to establish a high density genetic map of the interspecific hybrid between two Australian Citrus species. It is part of a wider project of comparative genetic mapping in the Citrus genus.
