企业变更信息推送

通过事件名称、事件代码、标签种类、标签代码、变更内容列表推送企业变更信息。三方系统需要返回平台相应标识("ok")，否则视为推送失败，平台会在72小时内重试8次之后就视为失败。Enterprise change information shall be pushed via event name, event code, tag category, tag code, and list of change contents. Third-party systems are required to return the platform's corresponding identifier "ok"; otherwise, the push is considered failed. The platform will retry up to 8 times within 72 hours, and the push will be deemed a final failure after all retries are completed.
