Investigation of the Characteristics of Controlled Metasurfaces Containing Layers of Vanadium Dioxide and Graphene

The method of volumetric integro-differential equation is used to study diffraction in the IR and THz ranges on a two-dimensional periodic grating (metasurfaces). The results of calculations showing changes in the reflection and transmission coefficients with changes in the temperature of VO2 and the chemical potential of graphene are presented.
