Comparison of Rhizosphere Microbial Communities of soft rot Diseased and Healthy in Chrysanthemum zawadskii (Herb.)

Chrysanthemum zawadskii (Herb.) Tzvel. play important roles in traditional flower tea in China.This paper mainly studied the difference of rhizosphere bacteria composition between susceptible and non-susceptible Chrysanthemum zawadskii (Herb.) Tzvel.plants was investigated by high-throughput sequencing, and the correlation network was constructed in China.
