Longitudinal skin transcriptome across baseline-remission-relapse phases

This study has collected longitudinal RNA-sequencing data from the lesional site of skin and the same site across baseline-remission-relapse phases of patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and treated with ixekizumab (anti-IL-17A monoclonal antibody). The primary goal of this study is to unveil the transcriptomic signature associated with remission and relapse phases as well as to predict the risk of relapse based on baseline transcriptomic profiles.
