Genetic differentiation across the Palm Warbler subspecies (Parulidae: Setophaga palmarum) hybrid zone

This bioproject contains genotyping-by-sequencing data for the two Palm Warbler subspecies (Setophaga palmarum) around their hybrid zone in eastern Canada. These sequences were obtained for analyses of the subspecies hybrid zone and coalescent modelling of population divergence. Sequence libraries were prepared by Maya Faccio and analysed in collaboration with Jason Weir.
