CPR data for the Gulf of Maine - consistent taxa only

Excel file containing CPR data for area 41.5N to 44.5N, -71.5W to 64.5W, 1961 to 2019, 3 sheets, for phytoplankton and zooplankton sheets - sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater), for all routine taxa counted from 1958 only (all time series are consistent). For each taxa, values indicate abundance (according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74), values of 0.001 indicate presence only, zero values are absence of taxon. The phyto/zooplankton sheets consist of samples in rows, with the following information in columns - A: sample id B:midpoint of sample latitude in decimal degrees C:midpoint of sample longitude in decimal degrees D:midpoint of sample local date and time E:sample year F: sample month G- :taxa.
