肾上腺癌，是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，起源于肾上腺皮质的细胞。本产品提供DNA、RNA的分析流程以及单细胞的分析流程。其中DNA包含点突变、结构变异、融合分析、CNV变异分析。RNAseq除了基因表达差异外，还包括新转录本发现、等位基因特异性表达、转录本和非编码RNA的相互作用。单细胞分析包括细胞类别鉴定、细胞间通讯、单细胞轨迹分析、转录因子的分析。

Adrenocortical carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor that arises from the cells of the adrenal cortex. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell data. The DNA analysis workflow covers point mutations, structural variations, fusion gene analysis and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also includes discovery of novel transcripts, allele-specific expression analysis, and analysis of interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. The single-cell analysis workflow includes cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory inference, and transcription factor analysis.
