Minimal Dataset for "Online Chatbot Service Recovery: Warmth–Competence Outweigh Internal Attribution in Trust Recovery"

This dataset contains the minimal data supporting the article “ Online Chatbot Service Recovery: Warmth–Competence Outweigh Internal Attribution in Trust Recovery ”The study was conducted in Japan with N = 400 participants, using an online experiment with a 2×2 factorial design.All responses are fully anonymized and contain no personally identifiable information.
