Bean fly - Ophiomyia spp - PRISE Field Data - Kenya

This dataset was collected as part of the CABI-led Pest Risk Information Service (PRISE) project. For more information on the project, its partners and donors please visit the PRISE Website. The PRISE collection of datasets, published on the CABI Data Repository, offer comprehensive in field measurements of common pests, their development and infestation dynamics in key subsistence crops across Sub-Saharan African countries during the period 2018 to 2022. This dataset is focused on key parameters crucial for understanding the development and management of Ophiomyia spp., the dataset includes detailed field data, crop information, adult trap numbers, and larval emergence. The adult trap numbers provide insights into the population trends of Ophiomyia, aiding in the assessment of infestation intensity over the specified timeframe.
