Data deposited here have origins through the National Cancer Institute Pediatric Preclinical Testing Consortion (NCI PPTC) and Alex's Lemonade Stand.<br>The RNAseq data is an FPKM matrix of 250 samples measured across 51,968 genes.<br>The alterations matrix consist of deleterious DNA mutations, DNA copy number alterations, and fusions of varying functional confidence.<br>Gene expression classifiers are applied to the gene expression matrix and the results are interpreted in https://github.com/marislab/pdx-classification
