We sequenced TCRs of tumor-infiltrating T cells to characterize the T cell response following combination immunotherapy of murine melanoma. After identifying a dominant antigen recognized by expanded TILs, we then used yeast displayed peptide-MHC libraries to identify mimotopes to enhance the T cell response.
