Microbial biobank-based strain phenotype identification of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria in citrus

At 8 weeks post pot culture, citrus roots inoculated with/without the bacterial strain 2H3 or 2H3 secreta (2H3S) were collected from pot cultured plants, and then snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen for RNA extraction and sequencing. A pot was planted with 3 citrus seedlings, and there were 4 biological replicates for each pot culture.
