Morphological reconstructions of rodent striatal projection neurons

Digital 3D reconstruction of the neuron morphology. Original reconstructions, publicly available at NeuroMorpho.Org, are further corrected to assure uniform and standardized representation in computer simulations. In particular, the neurites, which were cut at the slice border, are repaired using intact branches inside the slice. Local axon collaterals from other GABAergic cells reconstructions are added.
