The regulation of OsPHT2;1 gene on the photosynthetic function of rice under different phosphorus conditions and its mechanism

Wild type rice and mutant rice were used as materials to explore the regulation mechanism of OsPHT2;1 gene on photosynthesis of rice under different phosphorus conditions from the aspects of morphological and physiological indexes, photosynthetic physiological indexes, element content determination and analysis, transporter-related gene expression and transcriptome analysis.
