Kidney Pathology Image Segmentation Dataset

This dataset integrates preclinical rat models of chronic kidney disease (CKD), and contains over 10,000 annotated glomeruli from more than 60 PAS-stained whole-slide images (WSIs). It is designed to evaluate segmentation methods for renal pathology, with the primary tasks focusing on segmentation of patch-level and whole-slide image data. In terms of dataset scale, the number of annotated glomeruli exceeds 10,000, and the tasks include patch-level segmentation, as well as segmentation and detection of whole-slide images.
