Simulated Australia Sales and Opportunities Data

**Overview**
This dataset contains simulated data for an Australian sales organization. It is used in the recorded demos for the “AI/BI for Self-service Analytics” course.

**Purpose**
The dataset contains information about fictitious Australian customers, sales to them over the years 2021-24, and current opportunities with them, owned by a team of fictitious sales representatives.

**Content**
There are three tables: orders, customers, and opportunities.

- The orders table contains sales order data, including order ID, customer ID, product ID, order date, quantity, order amount, and sales representative.
- The customers table contains customer information, including customer ID, customer name, city, and state.
- The opportunities table contains sales opportunities data, including opportunity ID, customer ID, state, date, amount, sales representative, and sales phase.

The tables are connected through the customerid column, which is present in all three tables. This allows for linking orders and opportunities to specific customers.
