Gene expression profile of CD8+ T cells in glioblastoma after ex vivo treatment of anti-PD-1 and/or galunisertib.

We aimed to analyze the effects of anti-PD-1 and/or galunisertib on tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells in glioblastoma. Overall design: Anti-CD3 with anti-PD-1 and/or galunisertib was treated to single cell suspension of glioblastoma. Then, live CD8+ T cells were sorted and processed into bulk RNA sequencing.
