The genomic DNA of Methylocella Tundrae T4 was sequenced using paired-end Illumina Miseq (2x150bp) sequencing technology in parallel with Minion Nanopore sequencing. The aim was to construct the full genome of M. tundrae T4. We were able to construct the full genome, that consisted of 3 replicons: a chromosome and 2 megaplasmids.
