FaithDial is a faithful knowledge-grounded dialogue benchmark. It was constructed by asking annotators to amend hallucinated utterances in Wizard of Wikipedia (WoW). The dataset consists of conversation histories along with manually labelled relevant passages. For retrieval purposes, only instances marked as Edification in the VRM field are considered. It is an encyclopedic and written domain MTEB (Massive Text Embedding Benchmark) dataset.
