This is a metadata only record. Datasets described below were provided by the Macau Institute for Tourism Studies by Dr Fanny Vong. Direct enquiries for access to: fanny@iftm.edu.mo. <br> The four datasets (ELogbookReport 2011 – 2014 ) were extracted from the electronic internship logbooks of interns held by the Macau Institute for Tourism Studies . The data sets contain two main types of data: textual data and numerical data about the internship experiences of the interns and interns’ performance as assessed by their internship supervisors. The relevant textual data were content analysed both manually and automatically using the text-mining tool of Leximancer. The numerical data were analysed using appropriate statistical tools including Principal Component Analysis (PCA), ANOVA, t-tests; Manny-Whitney, and Kruscal Wallis.
